BEING AI in ARTS CENTRE THEATRE

An early morning gathering on this first day of the conference that will be well worth getting out of bed to attend! As most practitioners know, Appreciative Inquiry is as much about 'being' as 'doing'. This session will focus on sharing the different methods we use to help us stay grounded and appreciative. Whatever your particular passion - meditation, yoga, an exercise routine, Tai Chi, spending time in nature or any other kind of activity - come along to share how you support yourself to live the spirit of Appreciative Inquiry and learn from others. Your convener and facilitator for this session will be Sophie Vrolijk.

Offer a favourite method you'd like to share in one of these morning sessions.
