Dr. Anastasia Bukashe is a Director of the Appreciative Inquiry Foundation, located in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is also Adjunct Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at the American University, Washington DC, taking take the lead in their International Fieldwork course.

Dr. Bukashe is known worldwide for her work on peace-building, dialogue, systems change, transformation and reconciliation in South Africa and other conflict zones. A member of the NTL Institute, she is a successful international consultant, trainer and facilitator, with a specialization in Appreciative Inquiry and strengths-based approaches to organization change. She has received honors and awards from organizations in the United States and South Africa.
